Business Assistant for ABAP BTP Infrastructure Platform

Job Description:

In this role, you will assist the BTP ABAP Infrastructure Platform unit and its leadership with various administrative, business support, and partner management tasks. We welcome diverse backgrounds to enrich our team with new perspectives.:

    Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for third-party workforce, including creating accounts in Fieldglass and facilitating access and equipment orders, Serve as the liaison for over five hundred C-users from partner organizations and SAP, Oversee partner invoice management, including manual invoice creation and alignment with purchase orders, Maintain and organize contracts and assist with project management tasks, Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and support accounting and reporting activities, Assist in forecasting and statistical documentation, Prepare and review internal communication materials such as emails and presentations, Coordinate purchasing, travel, and office facility processes, including ordering equipment and arranging travel, Plan and support departmental events as needed

Spoken Languages:

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Proficient in financial processes and reporting

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook
  • Excel

  • Adaptability to prioritize tasks and projects effectively
  • Excellent communication and networking skills to engage with colleagues
