We are seeking a Cloud Platform Engineer to join our Digital & Data team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the technical foundation of the infrastructure that supports our Data Cloud Platform. You will automate infrastructure to enhance reliability and efficiency, allowing developers to focus on building applications.:

Automate provisioning and management of resources, Develop tools and scripts to automate platform operations, Integrate monitoring and alerting systems for platform health and performance, Optimize platform performance and efficiency, Implement CI/CD pipelines for platform deployments, Troubleshoot and resolve issues, Maintain the containerized document controlling Python application deployed using Azure Kubernetes Service

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Computer Science or comparable academic qualifications
• At least five years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud technologies
• including Virtual Machines and Data Lake Service
• Extensive experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools
• particularly Terraform
• for automating the provisioning and management of cloud resources
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for managing containerized applications and orchestrating deployment processes
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python and scripting skills in Bash or PowerShell are valuable
• Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment practices
• using tools like Azure Pipelines or GitHub
• Excellent communication skills in German (both written and verbal); English proficiency is a plus
