The IT Service Manager will oversee the delivery of cloud services and ensure operational excellence.:

Assume responsibility for IT Service Management in the first and second level for cloud service delivery., Ensure the quality of ITSM processes and contribute to the implementation of new initiatives., Monitor contract-related and SLA obligations independently., Document cloud-related topics comprehensively and maintain records., Collaborate proactively with global IT infrastructure teams and service providers to fulfill contracts and optimize service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree in computer science

• Know-How: In-depth knowledge of IT Service Management and ITIL methodologies (ITIL certification is a plus); familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure; understanding of business workflow processes.
• Languages: Fluent conversational English required; proficiency in German is a plus.
• Personality: A goal-oriented team player with an analytical mindset
