- Manage internal service desk tasks., Act as the first point of contact for technical issues within product teams., Perform basic Linux administration and troubleshooting., Maintain hardware servers and network devices., Handle incident management and resolution of faults and failures., Work across data centers, colocations, and cloud environments, with flexible working options between the office and home., Conduct performance analysis, optimization, and monitoring using tools like ELK, Grafana, Splunk, Prometheus, and Icinga2., Administer DataCenter services, including network, firewall, router configuration, server, storage, and Nutanix HCI., Oversee the administration of Debian and CentOS servers.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Linux administrator with a solid understanding of networks and network security.
- Experience in service desk environments and foundational knowledge of Linux CentOS and Debian server administration
- along with Linux routers and firewalls.
- Interest or initial experience with virtualization technologies such as Nutanix or VMware.
- Familiarity with container infrastructure management
- particularly Kubernetes
- is advantageous.
- Knowledge of automation tools like Saltstack and Ansible is a plus
- but can also be learned on the job.
- Basic understanding of tools like Rancher Kubernetes
- Helmfile
- ArgoCD
- and common operators is beneficial but not required.
- Understanding of Infrastructure as a Service and a willingness to contribute to internal product and service implementation for other teams.
- Preliminary experience with Git and Gitlab Pipelines
- embracing the Infrastructure as Code methodology.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
- Fluency in written and spoken English or German.
- A strong desire for professional growth and to learn new technologies.
