Key Responsibilities:

Assist Garden Linux users with technical issues and inquiries, Provide consultation for users interested in adopting Garden Linux, Manage and develop resources essential for end-users, such as documentation and support tickets, Represent Garden Linux at SAP events and in the open-source community

Qualifications:

• Practical experience with Linux systems
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach

• Experience as a Support Engineer
• Consultant
• or System Administrator in an enterprise setting is advantageous
• Linux Foundation certifications or related training are beneficial
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized applications is preferred
• Experience with Debian
