Job Description:

Based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, we play a central role in supporting institutions to enhance their competitiveness and efficiency. We are currently seeking a Procurement Officer to join our team in Frankfurt am Main.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process and ensuring efficient supplier management.:
- Oversee the procurement process, including acquiring goods, services, licenses, subscriptions, and resources from external suppliers, Evaluate and recommend suppliers, solicit offers, and prepare cost estimates, Negotiate contractual terms and maintain supplier relationships, Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and price lists, Collaborate with management to determine procurement needs, quality standards, and delivery requirements, Assist in planning requirements for equipment, materials, and services to be ordered, Support contract fulfillment and resolve discrepancies with suppliers, Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, Continuously assess the procurement process and identify opportunities for improvement

Qualifications:
