Based in Munich, our team shares a passion for understanding families' needs and fulfilling their wishes. Our offerings include fashion for all ages, homeware, toys, cosmetics, and family holidays. With over 22 million members across several countries and selling tens of thousands of products daily, we aim to continue growing to earn the trust of families throughout Europe. We are looking for motivated and talented individuals to join our IT team. In this role, you will contribute your ideas and expertise to maintain and develop our highly frequented online shop, enhancing our backend services for areas such as operations, customer relationship management, and content management. You will work within an agile team of experienced web developers and product owners to improve our modern tech stack, which includes cloud-based infrastructure and service-oriented architecture.

As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in the success of our product area.:

Define the roadmap for the 'Customer Creation' area, ensuring alignment with business objectives., Prioritize the product roadmap, manage the backlog, and set sprint goals in collaboration with the development team., Take ownership of requirements engineering and maintain the product backlog with a customer-centric approach., Utilize effective communication skills to bridge the gap between business and technology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; proficiency in English is essential.
• Ability to navigate complex environments and manage competing stakeholder interests with empathy.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Relevant product owner certifications are a plus.
