As a Salesforce Developer in our Sales-Technology department, you will have a significant impact on optimizing our Salesforce platform, directly influencing our core revenue processes. You will work within a cross-functional team of developers, administrators, and consultants, delivering innovative solutions to over 300 users worldwide. This role presents a unique opportunity to reshape and contribute to essential processes within our Revenue Organization.

As a Salesforce Developer, you will engage in the following responsibilities::

Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with stakeholders to understand and design optimal solutions. Take full ownership of assigned tasks from conception to delivery., Feature Development: Design, develop, and implement new Salesforce features across Sales and Service Cloud using a combination of High-Code, Low-Code, and No-Code solutions., Integration Mastery: Integrate Salesforce with other technology stacks within the company using Mulesoft, enhancing overall platform capabilities., Tech Stack Enhancement: Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of third-party applications within our sales-tech stack., Data Management: Address complex processes such as mass data management, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency., Advanced Support: Provide high-level support for administrators on complex requests, ensuring smooth system operations., System Refactoring: Evaluate and identify areas for enhancement, focusing on optimization and code quality while implementing best practices.

Qualifications:

• Completed university degree or comparable qualification.
• Minimum of three years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
• with extensive knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem
• including Sales Cloud
• Service Cloud
• Salesforce Lightning
• and Mulesoft.
• Proficiency in APEX programming language
• particularly with large data sets and bulkification.
• Strong skills in Lightning Web Components
• Visualforce
• SOQL
• and SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
• middleware tools
• and other integration technologies.
• Familiarity with Salesforce sandbox CI/CD using SFDX
• as well as experience with Git and DevOps processes.
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture
• data models
• security models
• and best practices.
• Experience working in agile environments
• particularly within a SCRUM framework
• delivering projects iteratively.
• Ability to create flexible

• and maintainable solutions for international companies
