Your key responsibilities will include::

    Facilitate workshops for requirements engineering and service decomposition with product teams, Implement technical integrations of new data sources while identifying automation needs for self-service capabilities, Develop centralized, reusable monitoring solutions for basic observability and assist product teams in creating customized advanced monitoring solutions, Collaborate with the Business Product Owner to devise an adoption strategy and plan for onboarding, including deployment phases and timelines, Empower product teams by sharing best practices and conducting training sessions, Continuously improve training and enablement materials in conjunction with the Empowerment Lead, Establish self-service monitoring rollout capabilities to allow consumers to onboard their use cases independently

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science

  • or a related field
  • Extensive experience implementing monitoring and observability solutions with leading technologies
  • In-depth knowledge of monitoring and observability functionalities
  • Strong understanding of IT operations within a DevOps context
  • Technical expertise in cloud-native technologies and interfaces
  • Hands-on experience with programming
  • APIs
  • and GitOps
  • particularly with Python
  • Experience in large-scale deployment and management is a plus
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of German is advantageous
  • Excellent service orientation with strong communication skills for internal and external collaboration
