We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to drive the sourcing, attracting, and recruiting of top talent for our Customer Success team. You will utilize your expertise in talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, and competitive hiring practices to influence hiring strategies. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire recruitment process from requisition approval to candidate selection and complex offer negotiations.:

    Support hiring requirements across various business functions in Germany., Take full ownership of the hiring process to meet time, quality, and service expectations., Collaborate with business units to define search strategies and plan sourcing activities., Engage in active sourcing and interviewing of both internal and external candidates., Negotiate salary packages and manage the hiring process in collaboration with the works council., Serve as a subject matter expert on industry trends and markets for the teams you support.

Qualifications:

  • Proactive attitude with a can-do mentality and a strong team spirit.
