About the role:

Collaborate with Solutions Engineers who assist sales teams with technical expertise and solution design., Work with Launch Consultants who guide new customers in setting up their retail and online stores., Engage with Professional Services that offer advanced customization, system integration, and strategic business growth advice., Design and develop training materials for internal teams, focusing on technical features, platform tools, and value-based positioning., Gather requirements from technical sales teams to prioritize topics in collaboration with subject matter experts., Conduct comprehensive research to gather technical content and create clear, concise, and interactive learning opportunities., Choose appropriate information architecture, format, voice, and style to foster effective learning., Become a subject matter expert on company products and their enabling technology through ongoing exploration and learning., Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including R&D and technical sales., Identify areas of opportunity and continuously improve technical content to meet the needs of technical crafts globally., Organize and facilitate in-person and virtual training and open forum product Q&A sessions., Utilize data-informed metrics and insights to measure the impact of training initiatives and identify areas for improvement., Self-driven, requiring minimal direction, while thriving in a collaborative environment., Recognized as a key contributor to the team, engaging effectively with cross-functional teams to create and deliver timely, high-quality enablement materials., Elevate proficiency within technical and merchant-facing teams and the L&D team., Translate activity into measurable impact and be viewed as a true partner by the technical crafts.
