- Ensure reliable operation of our products utilized millions of times a day in our data centers while enhancing platform stability and performance., Serve as a liaison between software development and platform teams to make informed technology decisions and establish service level objectives., Implement infrastructure as code, contributing to GitLab CI/CD pipelines, Helm Charts, or Docker container images., Enhance our observability infrastructure to identify and rectify potential errors using tracing and metrics, ensuring product reliability and customer data security through effective monitoring and testing., Engage in personal projects during designated 'slack days' or experiment with new technologies through prototypes.
