Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Team Leader for our IT Security Operations team. The role involves ensuring the security of IT services and infrastructure while optimizing overall costs and managing the team budget. You will guide a skilled team of SecOps professionals and collaborate closely with security and compliance teams.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding your team and ensuring effective security operations.:
- Guide and mentor a highly skilled team, ensuring the security of IT services and infrastructure throughout the organization., Develop and maintain team processes to support both internal and external services., Provide insights and guidance to company leadership regarding modern security trends and strategies., Oversee the maintenance, implementation, and optimization of all security measures, leading the entire security lifecycle from requirements analysis to incident response., Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure adherence to frameworks such as GDPR and ISO 27001., Apply security best practices for IAM roles and policies, including EntraID, Security Groups, Network Access Control Lists, encryption, and AWS IAM.

Qualifications:
- Extensive professional experience as a Senior Security Engineer
- with team leadership experience. Fluency in written and spoken English is required; German is a plus.
- Experience designing and implementing security solutions for both On-Prem and AWS Cloud-based infrastructures
- with strong knowledge of AWS security services.
- Proficiency in automation languages such as Python
- PowerShell
- Bash
- and Ruby.
- Strong understanding of IAM technologies including Active Directory
- EntraID
- Okta
- or OneLogin.
- Deep knowledge of the TCP/IP stack and network security
- particularly in managing 2nd generation firewalls.
- Experience integrating security checks with CI/CD processes and managing security for complex Kubernetes and Docker environments.
