The Human Capital Management Platforms department is responsible for the implementation, operation and further development of the central HR platforms and use them to map the entire employee life-cycle, from recruitment/training to people development, training and health management, right through to leaving the company and the company pension scheme. Serve as a Workday application developer to implement and optimize Workday Extend applications as well as integrations. Work closely with the Workday Architect to customize and develop new solutions. Support day-to-day business as usual items. Prepare and maintain Workday user documentation. Responsible for regular analysis of new features and deployment of semi-annual workday releases. Work in a global environment and prioritize urgent requirements.:

Act as a Workday Technical developer and involve in agile Workday Extend and Interface development, Identify new use cases and program applications that feature new business needs, Configure custom Business objects and custom Business processes, Improve applications, including applying changes, testing, and releasing new features to the live system, Work on issue resolution, make recommendations for workarounds and proactively identify business process improvement opportunities, Engage in problem management, identifying recurring patterns in incidents, documenting known errors, investigating root causes and resolution paths, Perform agreed Workday configuration, test changes resulting from bug fixes, enhancement/change requests, and introduction of new functionality, ensuring relevant documentation is updated

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
