Job Description:

By partnering with leading Cloud Service Providers, we help telecom operators stay ahead in their field. We are expanding our teams in Hamburg and Berlin, as well as our remote workforce! As a Working Student Workplace Coordinator, you will work closely with various teams to enhance employee experiences, organize engaging events, and contribute to our overall success. This position is based in Hamburg.

Key Responsibilities:
- Foster strong relationships and maintain clear communication across all organizational levels to understand and address operational needs., Plan and coordinate team-building activities and social events., Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment., Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and building management as necessary., Enhance company culture by promoting employee satisfaction, well-being, and productivity through various initiatives., Assist the Operations Team in creating engaging content for social media platforms, career pages, and other digital channels when required.

Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources

- High emotional and social intelligence with a proven track record of building positive relationships with diverse groups.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrating professionalism.
- Fluent in German (C1-C2) and proficient in English (B2 and above).
