As an EMEA Quality Specialist, you will focus on enhancing product quality and processes within the Adhesives portfolio, particularly in contract manufacturing across the EMEA region. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities is essential in this role.

The role involves managing quality processes and driving product improvements.:

Ensure proper application and execution of quality-related business processes, Lead and facilitate projects within the Adhesives sector to enhance product quality, Prioritize and manage opportunities for quality process improvements, Collaborate with global functions to align on priorities and performance metrics, Utilize quality data to drive improvements with cross-functional partners, Investigate customer complaints, prepare reports, and resolve issues, Monitor the effectiveness of the quality management system and suggest improvement opportunities, Lead change management reviews that may impact product quality, Conduct audits of various facilities to ensure compliance with customer requirements and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and German
• Several years of experience in quality assurance and quality control systems
• preferably in the adhesives
• chemical
• or automotive industries
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry
• Biochemistry
• Physical Sciences
• Engineering
• or a related field
• Experience in root cause analysis and improvement methodologies
• Certification in ISO9001 and experience as a quality systems auditor
• Willingness to travel within the region (20-30%)
• Knowledge of IATF16949
• VDA 6.3
• Automotive Core Tools (FMEA
• Control Plan
• 8D
• etc.) and other quality standards is highly desirable
• Six Sigma training is preferred
