In this position, you will work closely with the Chief People Officer and support her in various projects, daily activities, and ongoing people initiatives within the organization.:
- Assist in developing and implementing HR transformation initiatives., Conduct research and provide insights to support strategic decision-making., Build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization., Act as a liaison between the Chief People Officer and internal/external stakeholders, aligning with Group Communications., Effectively communicate project updates and organizational changes., Support external communication activities in collaboration with the Communications team., Identify new digital communication and HR tools, test them, and lead their implementation., Generate reports and presentations for executive meetings., Create and manage an HR KPI dashboard, analyze HR metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations., Manage HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals., Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved., Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies., Prepare meetings with senior stakeholders., Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Chief People Officer.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least five years of relevant professional experience

- or a similar role with HR experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Digital literacy and a willingness to experiment with new tools.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word
