Managing Director, Healthcare Advisory

Job Description:

    The Managing Director of Healthcare Advisory is tasked with overseeing all facets of client engagement, ensuring high levels of service delivery, management, satisfaction, and client retention. This pivotal role emphasizes the enhancement of healthcare business operations, value creation, and strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will engage in high-level negotiations, manage diverse projects, and present insights to senior executives, physicians, and healthcare providers. Responsibilities include identifying new opportunities for Advisory services, analyzing industry trends relevant to healthcare, and collaborating with Sales and Business Development teams to reach out to potential clients. Additionally, this role involves marketing services, presenting at industry conferences, and mentoring staff to foster professional growth and development.

The Managing Director will execute various client projects and provide strategic healthcare advisory services.:

    Lead client projects either independently or collaboratively;; Offer strategic guidance across various healthcare business lines;; Evaluate clinical, financial, and operational programs for client value;; Help develop programs that integrate healthcare services;; Build and close a pipeline of opportunities for Healthcare Advisory services;; Utilize BDO's resources to enhance client success across finance, HR, insurance, and technology domains;; Maintain long-term client relationships to address their evolving needs;; Provide data analysis and industry expertise for financial assessments;; Engage in thought leadership on assigned industry areas;; Ensure quality delivery in client engagements;; Plan and manage resource allocation for client solutions;; Oversee recruitment and staff development for the advisory team
