As a Project Manager in HR, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing HR efficiency across our global community.:
- Understand and assess the needs of the global HR community, promoting efficient HR operations through innovative ideas focused on process excellence and digitalization., Design and implement agile HR processes and solutions, ensuring they are effectively executed in practice., Optimize HR processes and structures for the organization and its various regions, leveraging innovative digital solutions., Focus on projects related to HR Operations & Administration, including Time & Attendance and Global Payroll., Take responsibility for project management, actively driving the implementation of your solutions., Utilize your communication skills to structure complex issues, facilitate efficient communication, and drive optimal decision-making., Serve as a knowledgeable contact person, supporting training and guidance for the global HR community., Assist Group HR in developing effective analytics and reporting solutions, ensuring data quality in IT systems.

Qualifications:
- You have a strong enthusiasm for the Human Resources field and aim to develop it by continuously analyzing and optimizing processes.
- You possess a degree and/or relevant experience in HR
- preferably in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role.
- You have significant experience in optimizing HR processes and structures
- successfully managing and implementing projects.
- Your structured and independent work style is complemented by strong analytical skills and a high affinity for processes and systems.
- You are proficient in the SAP SuccessFactors Suite and ideally have experience with other SAP solutions.
- You are fluent in both German and English.
- Experience in process analysis and modeling
- as well as methodologies in Operational Excellence such as LEAN or Six Sigma
- is desirable.
