Job Description:

As a vital member of the Customer Success team, you will be responsible for enhancing customer relationships and ensuring successful outcomes for all clients.:
- Document and analyze customer use cases to tailor engagement strategies;; Conduct regular check-in calls and operational assessments with a portion of the customer base;; Lead onboarding processes for new high-value clients, ensuring smooth initial deployments;; Assess and document customer health and maturity levels for ongoing engagement;; Monitor and report on end-of-life hardware and outdated firmware to clients;; Gather customer feedback and champion product enhancement opportunities with development teams;; Ensure customer satisfaction metrics are up to date across accounts;; Generate recurring project status reports for management and accounting;; Coordinate training sessions in collaboration with Training and Sales teams;; Act as a liaison between customers and various departments to facilitate communication and feedback
