Job Description:

Join our team as a Business Process Analyst - Sales in Heidenheim. In this role, you will manage dedicated activities and projects while acting as a process expert. You will engage actively with global operational units to help them become leaner organizations. Your responsibilities will include establishing and continuously adjusting a joint functional roadmap and executing crucial initiatives.

As a Business Process Analyst, you will undertake a range of responsibilities aimed at improving organizational efficiency.:
- Collect business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for the global implementation of SAP S/4 HANA, Develop and enhance state-of-the-art processes, establish clear rules and guidance, and maintain them within the process house and functional roadmap, Assist process owners in building and regularly updating the functional roadmap while proposing innovative ideas to advance the current process landscape, Identify potential enhancements in existing processes and systems to promote a leaner organization, Document improvement ideas in project charters or change requests based on inputs from process owners or operational teams, Lead and manage workshops with various functions to identify potential ideas and opportunities for SAP S/4 HANA, Oversee change management activities including documentation, training, and rollout, Participate in industry expert groups to transfer outside innovations into the organization and identify industry standards for adoption, Monitor the external provider market for innovations and assess internal adoption

Qualifications:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in business administration

- Proven track record in designing and implementing new processes
- Hands-on experience in various functions and processes
- Solid expertise in project management and successful change management
- Strong knowledge of enterprise systems such as SAP ERP
- APO
- BW
- etc.
- Deep experience in LEAN methodologies; Six Sigma certification is a plus
- Familiarity with sales processes
- marketing processes
- and customer service order processing is advantageous
- Analytical thinking and modeling skills
- Fluent in English and German
