This role primarily supports our DACH team but also extends to Italy and Nordics operations when necessary.

As the Director of Customer Success, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our customer engagement strategies.:

    Hands-On Approach: Take ownership of key customer interactions and growth processes to build trust and ensure net revenue retention., Strategic Development: Collaborate to create and implement a comprehensive customer success strategy for our DACH operations, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction, retention, and growth., Leadership: Inspire, lead, and develop a high-performing customer success team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement., Customer Onboarding: Guarantee a smooth onboarding experience and maintain ongoing engagement with customers to maximize their success and return on investment., Relationship Building: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their business goals., Metrics Monitoring: Track essential customer success metrics, analyze data to identify trends, and initiate strategies to improve the customer experience., Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and a unified approach to customer success.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting firm within the industrial sector or equivalent experience
  • Extensive background in Customer Success roles within the B2B SaaS landscape
  • Proven experience in managing teams of individual contributors
  • Ability to establish and nurture long-term customer relationships
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing and/or pricing is advantageous
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • fluent in English and German; proficiency in additional languages such as Italian or Swedish is a plus.
