Key responsibilities include::

Lead and develop teams in areas such as Quality Management, Test & Release Management, Incoming Goods Inspection, End of Line Inspection, Supplier Quality Management, Production Engineering & Testing, Collect and monitor quality indicators, derive actionable insights, and track the implementation of necessary measures, Ensure effective processes for resolving internal and external quality reports, including risk assessments and corrective actions for deviations, Support the product development process to maintain high product maturity for market launch, Train the organization continuously and oversee related projects to ensure efficient and documented processes, Conduct internal and external audits as well as manage external quality certifications, Drive continuous improvement and promote high quality awareness across the division

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a technical field
• Minimum of eight years of experience in Quality Management or Quality Assurance
