Job Description:
- We are a rapidly growing low-code platform for workflow automation and AI application integration, aimed at technical users. Our platform simplifies the connection to any application or API and facilitates the integration of AI into business processes. Founded in 2019, we are a diverse team of over 40 talented individuals with an impressive annual recurring revenue growth of five times year-over-year. With over 40,000 GitHub stars, we rank among the top 500 most popular projects on GitHub. We have secured a total of $20 million in funding, including being the first seed investment from a notable venture firm in Germany and most recently completing a Series A extension in February 2024. We are looking for an enthusiastic Enterprise Account Executive with a strong entrepreneurial mindset to join our dedicated team of three Account Executives focused on selling our Enterprise plans. You will initially report directly to our CEO, with support from our Interim Sales Leader, before transitioning to our VP of Sales.

Key success factors::
- You will manage the entire sales cycle, which spans three to twelve months, from opportunity detection to drafting compelling offers., In collaboration with our Sales Development Representatives, you will drive and optimize the pipeline of inbound, product-qualified leads for our self-hosted Enterprise plans, focusing on larger companies., You will leverage creative outbound strategies to build a sustainable pipeline of leads., Cultivate and develop relationships with key decision-makers, particularly within SecOps, DevOps, engineering, and IT departments, becoming a trusted advisor for workflow automation solutions., Proactively enhance sales processes, infrastructure, and collateral to improve efficiency., Collaborate with the product team to ensure a continuous flow of customer feedback for product improvement., You will receive over 200 inbound leads per month and support from a Solution Engineer and the Product team.

Qualifications:
- Five or more years of sales experience in a software company
- Proven experience in closing deals ranging from fifty to one hundred thousand euros
- Experience selling technology products to target audiences in SecOps or IT Ops
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset: you identify growth opportunities

- Demonstrated success in outbound sales with a hunter mentality
