As a key player, you will collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers and development teams to serve as trusted consultants throughout the client onboarding journey. As an Enterprise Technical Account Manager, you will::

    Take ownership of the integration process of our API-driven platform with client ecosystems, Troubleshoot recurring technical issues and drive escalations for resolution, Manage a portfolio of assigned customers, focusing on API usage to ensure retention and satisfaction, Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Engineering teams to deliver outstanding client service, Identify new technology partners and integration opportunities, Set and manage customer expectations to ensure satisfaction, Design and enhance customer onboarding processes

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Technical Account Manager or Integrations Consultant role
  • Demonstrated ownership of complex API integrations for assigned accounts
  • Experience managing Enterprise accounts
  • Strong background with SaaS products
  • Excellent problem-solving skills in a troubleshooting context
  • Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Exceptional customer focus with a professional and patient demeanor
  • Strong emphasis on data-driven decision making
