Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Business Systems Analyst with a focus on healthcare data to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, managing, and interpreting healthcare data to facilitate informed decision-making within our organization. You will work closely with subject matter experts to delineate data needs, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our data management processes. The successful candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and a deep understanding of healthcare data, particularly in relation to Electronic Health Records (EHR) and healthcare claims data. This position will also require familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle FDI or Peoplesoft, specifically in areas including Finance, Supply Chain, Performance Management, Workforce Management, and Scheduling. An awareness of healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA compliance, is essential. Your role will involve leveraging data analysis tools, primarily SQL, to extract insights and present them in a clear manner to stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of key tasks aimed at maintaining data integrity and compliance within the healthcare sector.:

Conduct data profiling and analysis to collect and interpret complex healthcare data, creating accurate data mapping sheets for integration into data warehouse models.;; Manage data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across multiple data management systems.;; Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather data requirements and offer actionable insights based on thorough data analysis.;; Stay informed about healthcare standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring that all data handling complies with these regulations.;; Utilize data analysis tools, mainly SQL, to effectively manipulate and analyze data.;; Develop and present reports and dashboards that convey data findings and insights clearly to stakeholders.
