Develop and execute strategies to enhance the business sector's growth and operational efficiency.:
- Plan the strategy of the Business Sector in coordination with the overall strategic direction and identify external growth opportunities., Develop the Business Sector strategy for the ZEISS Medical Ecosystem, refractive workflow solutions, products, and services based on customer needs and market dynamics., Drive strategic priorities for the refractive business, including growth initiatives and new workflow solutions., Monitor market developments, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify profitable opportunities., Communicate a clear strategy, vision, and purpose for the area of responsibility and ensure efficient structure and processes., Align closely with advanced R&D, regulatory affairs, and operations to implement global projects from feasibility to market introduction.

Qualifications:
- University degree in natural sciences or engineering
