Lead and develop a global high-performing Data and Insights team to define and deliver value from various data sources, Manage a diverse team across different countries, including data product owners, data engineers, and program managers, and collaborate with external partners, Work closely with senior leadership to drive business transformation through data and digital initiatives, Collaborate with global digital and data business leaders to deliver integrated solutions, Create tangible value using insights from data and digital solutions, leveraging modern tools and technology, Define a strategic roadmap to increase the value of data and AI aligned with organizational goals, Lead end-to-end delivery to transition from proof of concept to scalable products generating real business value
