As the Head of Tissue Technology, you will oversee critical processes and lead the technological strategy for the organization.:

Demonstrate expertise in essential processes for tissue manufacturing, including stock preparation, paper making with chemistry, water management, and energy utilization, alongside knowledge in converting and warehousing technology., Lead and develop a team of experts across various technological domains., Monitor technological advancements and conduct market surveys to evaluate key suppliers., Perform internal and external benchmarking to adopt the best available technologies., Collaborate with the paper making and converting management community., Guide technology selection and evaluate key suppliers based on performance, reliability, investment costs, and operational costs., Formulate the technology strategy and roadmap for the group., Assist in developing mid-term asset plans for each mill., Work with project managers through the Capex Excellence program to identify optimal technological solutions for projects., Support marketing strategies and supply chain requirements, ensuring alignment with the objectives of the Consumer/Professional Business Unit.
