The HR Business Partner will be an integral part of the B2B Business Partner Team, focusing on advising HR colleagues, supporting and co-delivering local people and organizational strategies within the broader context. You will assess integration opportunities for our practices and represent the interests of our team in global projects. As a member of the B2B Business Partner Team, you will also contribute to the strategic agenda for our organization.

    Possess 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role within a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a proven track record in organizational development, change management, talent management, and project management., Act as a reliable sparring partner for leadership, utilizing facts and figures, charm, and the courage to express opinions constructively, while being an active listener receptive to new ideas., Exhibit strong capabilities in solution development, with clear and structured communication tailored to stakeholders at all organizational levels, and be fluent in both German and English., Knowledge of individual and collective labor law is a plus.
