Manage the accurate collection, preparation, and upload of our UDI database to regions such as the U.S., South Korea, or the EU.:
- Ensure the precise collection, preparation, and upload of our UDI database, Assess future UDI requirements and integrate them into our existing Quality Management System, Provide and support work packages within the ongoing UDI Project, Oversee lifecycle activities related to UDI and label tasks, including establishing print validation and managing product change processes, Manage stakeholder relationships with internal and external partners for SAP Add-ons, Maintain the test plan for SAP Add-in in collaboration with IT and Master Data Management, proactively addressing potential issues, Assist in creating and maintaining standard operating procedures and work instructions, Handle specifications, technical drawings, and reports for various labels

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in medical technology
- engineering or equivalent
- Familiarity with UDI requirements according to EU regulations and experience with additional country UDI requirements is advantageous
- Experience with UDI databases
- including data upload and maintenance
- Project management skills with relevant tools and methodologies
- Experience in designing and optimizing processes
- Professional experience in medical technology
- particularly in UDI and label requirements
- as well as quality management
- Competence in using MS Office products

- High motivation and willingness to take on responsibility and learn new topics
- Proficient in written and spoken English; German is a plus
