What you will do::
- Negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and partners to establish software development, distribution, and licensing agreements that align with company goals., Draft comprehensive software-related contracts that outline licensing terms, intellectual property rights, warranties, support services, and other pertinent clauses., Monitor compliance with software license terms and address any non-compliance issues., Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with software contracts, ensuring protection of the company's interests., Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, IT service providers, and Microsoft to promote collaboration and resolve contract-related concerns., Oversee the entire lifecycle of software-related contracts, ensuring adherence to timelines and obligations from negotiation to renewal or termination., Stay informed about regulations in the software industry, intellectual property laws, and other legal developments to ensure compliance., Collaborate with sales, finance, and marketing teams to determine competitive pricing models and optimize software licensing costs., Evaluate the performance of software contracts regularly and identify opportunities for improvement., Work with product development, marketing, sales, and legal teams to align contract strategies with software requirements.

Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft lifecycle and renewal processes for various agreements

- At least eight years of experience in sales or IT consulting.
- Proven negotiation capabilities to secure optimal purchasing agreements for both customers and the organization.
- Exceptional written communication skills

- Proficiency in both German and English.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
