    BradyPLUS is looking for a dynamic and strategic individual to take on the role of Manager of CRM Technology. This position is pivotal in leading high-performing teams focused on Salesforce solutions, driving innovation, and collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless integration of systems and technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements, advocating for CRM as a critical tool for process improvement, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Salesforce ecosystem. The Manager of CRM Technology will undertake various responsibilities to ensure the successful execution of Salesforce initiatives and the continuous improvement of CRM processes.:

    Develop metrics and visualizations for stakeholders to identify areas for improvement;; Lead the integration of sales processes, tools, and users during M&A activities;; Drive innovation within the Salesforce ecosystem by staying updated on industry trends;; Establish a cross-functional model to integrate CRM into business planning and forecasting;; Manage Salesforce integrations with marketing automation tools and third-party applications;; Promote the use of CRM across the enterprise to enhance productivity and innovation;; Collaborate with training teams to support organizational communication and education;; Implement best practices for CRM processes and governance;; Manage internal and external Salesforce resources to ensure effective application support;; Foster a culture of continuous process improvement and measure ROI on transformation opportunities
