The Manager of CRM Technology will undertake various responsibilities to ensure the successful execution of Salesforce initiatives and the continuous improvement of CRM processes.:
- Develop metrics and visualizations for stakeholders to identify areas for improvement;; Lead the integration of sales processes, tools, and users during M&A activities;; Drive innovation within the Salesforce ecosystem by staying updated on industry trends;; Establish a cross-functional model to integrate CRM into business planning and forecasting;; Manage Salesforce integrations with marketing automation tools and third-party applications;; Promote the use of CRM across the enterprise to enhance productivity and innovation;; Collaborate with training teams to support organizational communication and education;; Implement best practices for CRM processes and governance;; Manage internal and external Salesforce resources to ensure effective application support;; Foster a culture of continuous process improvement and measure ROI on transformation opportunities
