As the Manager Sales Energy, you will develop, implement, and execute sales strategies for assigned customers or markets. You will be responsible for achieving planned sales goals and serve as the primary contact for selected customers.:

    Develop and implement global sales strategies and identify new business opportunities for the defined customer or market, Lead, direct, develop, and coordinate a sales team, ensuring adherence to established strategies, Steer strategic and operational planning processes and set target agreements with local sales teams, Develop and implement pricing strategies for defined customers and/or markets, Conduct contract negotiations with customers in collaboration with the Director of Industrial, Monitor accounts receivables for assigned customers, addressing issues and defining countermeasures as needed, Stay informed on market and industry trends, defining market prices and initiating target costing for competitiveness, Observe and analyze competitor activities and market trends, Act as the main point of contact for local colleagues within the region, coordinating project activities and supporting team development, Forecast customer and market trends for future planning

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration with a technical focus
