As the Market Development Manager, you will have the following responsibilities::

Oversee global sales initiatives for the Process Industry, Lead and support sales and service teams in subsidiaries within a matrix structure, Develop and execute strategies for sales growth in targeted applications, products, and customer segments, Manage global growth initiatives to outperform competitors, Enhance value selling techniques and provide training for the sales team, Conduct application and product training, offering consulting and support to sales teams, end-users, and OEMs, Identify and share success stories across regions to maximize impact, Collaborate closely with teams in Application Engineering, Tribology, R&D, Product Management, and Marketing to deliver superior market solutions

• Proficiency in project management
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• Knowledge of market development strategies

Qualifications:

• Completed engineering or commercial degree with a strong technical background
• Minimum five years of experience in the Process Industry
• Experience in Sales
• Marketing
• and Key Account Management in an international context
• Familiarity with working in a matrix organization on both local and global levels
• Ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
• with additional languages considered an asset
• Willingness to travel extensively
• approximately twenty-five percent of the time
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to challenge the status quo
