Job Description:
- The Core Network Planning team plays a central role in our global business. They maintain our complex and dynamic international supply chains to ensure the best customer experience. As a Network Manager, you will focus on large network transformations and intra-year optimizations that enhance cost efficiency, speed, attainment, and sustainability across the transportation network. You will collaborate cross-functionally with leaders from various segments to inform decisions regarding network design and timing. By utilizing advanced network design technology, you will help improve customer experience and contribute to making our operations more energy and cost-efficient. Our team is integral to Amazon's innovation and efficiency, utilizing data-driven decision-making to enhance transportation operations while prioritizing safety and sustainability.

As a Network Manager, you will engage in hypothesis testing and data-driven decision-making. This role requires you to devise innovative solutions for pressing network design challenges. You will work collaboratively with teams to identify network optimizations, validate their business cases, and lead design initiatives. The variety of tasks will ensure that you learn something new every day.:
- Define principles and lead the design of end-to-end network optimization using in-house operational research models, Gather and prioritize business requirements to enhance the accuracy and interoperability of network design tools, Oversee the planning and organization of complex, high-visibility network design projects
