Job Description:

In this role, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of our members, particularly emphasizing the onboarding experience.:
- As a member of the People Team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding process, which is crucial for new members' integration., You will act as a Newbie People Partner, guiding new members through their onboarding journey until the end of their probation period., Building trust is key, so you will conduct regular check-ins to assess new members' experiences and provide necessary support., You will ensure that team leads and mentors have the resources they need to assist new members in their development., As the company grows, you will review and enhance operational processes throughout members' lifecycles to ensure scalability., You will contribute ideas and manage projects that enhance the overall member experience.

- Your excellent organizational skills allow you to manage multiple tasks efficiently and adapt quickly to new tools.
- Experience with relocation processes is a plus
- along with a foundational understanding of labor and social security laws in Germany.
- You thrive in a results-oriented environment and are driven to take on end-to-end responsibilities within a collaborative team.
