Job Description:

    Join us in advancing health research through innovative analytical methods. We are seeking a PhD Candidate to develop artificial intelligence software for biomedical image analysis, specifically focused on enhancing image analysis tools and quality assurance. This role involves collaborating with experts across various scientific fields to contribute to precision medicine.

The candidate will engage in the following responsibilities::

    Develop novel machine learning algorithms for microscopy image analysis, focusing on intracellular structure segmentation in various microscopy formats., Create solutions for integrating large foundational models into microscopy image analysis and analytical workflows, collaborating with team members., Implement AI-driven microscopy image analysis software as Python packages and Napari plugins., Design unit-testing tools for bioimaging AI software., Publish findings and methodologies in scientific conferences and journals., Conduct demonstrations and tutorials at national and international workshops.
