Job Description:

    Join a leading supplier of original automotive parts and accessories in Europe. We are seeking a Planning Specialist to support our team in Brehna. The ideal candidate will contribute to the management of planning activities and enhance organizational processes.

The Planning Specialist will be responsible for various planning and reporting tasks.:

    Coordinate cross-functional topics with related stakeholders and provide regular updates., Prepare and present various business reports to management, including industry trends and market changes., Maintain and update templates, processes, guidelines, and documents., Support the development of organizational changes and procedural enhancements., Facilitate meetings, process coordination, resource planning, and alignment with team goals., Implement best practices and coordinate idea management within the organization., Create forecasts and develop analysis models for business insights.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent planning skills to balance routine and non-routine tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in coordinating and communicating with various stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English
