Job Description:
- We are a subsidiary of an international enterprise group specializing in the development and production of high-quality lubricants and technical fluids for the global automotive, motorcycle, and industrial markets. We have a long-standing tradition as an independent company with extensive expertise in lubricant technology. As a Pricing and Business Intelligence Specialist, you will be responsible for transforming data into insights that enhance business value, primarily utilizing Power BI tools. This role involves leading reporting and analysis for our operations in Germany and Northern Europe, along with overseeing pricing and price lists across the region, including analysis and proposals for improvement.

The Pricing and Business Intelligence Specialist will have the following responsibilities::
- Take full responsibility for Business Intelligence tools, mainly driven by Power BI, for reporting and KPI management in collaboration with all department team members., Develop and manage business intelligence solutions for the organization., Provide reports to enhance business processes and results., Analyze business requirements and processes and recommend implementations to management and executives., Identify development needs to streamline operations for efficiency and profitability., Develop additional projects for the distribution network and KPI tracking of customers., Oversee pricing strategies, finding and implementing tools for pricing management across multiple countries and customers., Analyze existing prices and pricing structures, proposing improvements for harmonization and profit optimization., Enable visibility and analysis for sales and marketing departments regarding pricing and price lists., Manage digital development projects in collaboration with the Group's Digital and IT teams., Implement Group projects locally and share best practices with other business units.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree from a university or business school

- Experience with SQL and SQL Server preferred
- Familiarity with data warehouse implementations preferred
- Knowledge of logical and physical data modeling concepts
- Experience in project management
