Job Description:

The selected candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks critical to the success of offshore wind projects.:
- Conducting technical analysis and evaluation of maritime structural concepts and systems for offshore wind projects., Developing and implementing new technical solutions to enhance performance and reliability in offshore environments., Ensuring compliance with applicable industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements for maritime applications., Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to integrate structural and marine systems into larger offshore projects., Monitoring construction execution to ensure the quality of maritime components and installations on-site., Assisting in the preparation of technical documentation, specifications, and reports related to maritime technologies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering
- marine or maritime engineering
- subsea engineering

- Proven experience in developing and implementing maritime systems
- with proficiency in engineering software and simulation tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations in the offshore sector

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- particularly in identifying and resolving technical challenges.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities for effective collaboration with various stakeholders and interdisciplinary teams.
- High level of initiative and ability to work independently
