As a Quality Manager, your responsibilities will include::
- Analyzing and reporting on portable rechargeable packs before and after mass production, Issuing initial sample reports, Creating 8D-reports for customers, Analyzing and reporting on energy storage systems and data center packs after mass production, Supporting benchmarking of competitor packs, Managing transport of defective packs (dangerous goods), Overseeing the scrapping of defective packs and samples, Establishing processes in our management manual, Assisting with inventory management

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field
- Minimum of three years of experience in a quality engineer role or similar position
- Experience in the electronics industry is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- with a team-oriented and flexible approach
- Fluent in English; conversational proficiency in German is a plus
- Willingness to travel is required (10 to 15%)
