Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Project Manager to spearhead our Project Catalyst initiative aimed at modernizing and rationalizing our ERP ecosystem. This pivotal role focuses on the management and execution of various business information technology projects, specifically involving S4 HANA, MDG, GRC, APO/SCM, and the establishment of new legal entities. The successful candidate will be the primary point of accountability for delivering projects by overseeing daily activities, ensuring the quality of work produced by team members, and effectively managing project scope, issues, risks, resources (both internal and external), and budgets. This role requires a strategic approach to project management, collaborating with both local and global IT teams to ensure that project timing, resources, and sequencing align with desired outcomes. The SAP Project Manager will be instrumental in building strong relationships with business owners and stakeholders to guarantee that projects meet customer expectations and facilitate decision-making processes. Additionally, the role involves creating an environment that fosters peak performance, including open communication of issues, alignment with project goals, and effective coaching. After project completion, the manager will conduct thorough analysis and documentation of lessons learned, ensuring continuous improvement for future projects.

The SAP Project Manager will oversee a range of responsibilities critical to the success of the project.:

Manage the daily activities of the project team in deploying complex business technology systems;; Structure and estimate project needs in collaboration with business sponsors and account managers;; Organize the project team, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met;; Identify and resolve project-related issues and risks proactively;; Manage changes to project scope and schedules while keeping the project within budget;; Report on project status to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment;; Foster strong relationships with the business owner and key stakeholders;; Create a performance-driven project environment that supports team members;; Conduct project closure activities, documenting lessons learned and comparing estimates to actual hours;; Utilize project management tools to maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle;; Apply relevant IT processes and methodologies to ensure project success
