Be part of the process excellence team and report directly to the head of process excellence.:
- Serve as the Scrum Master for three agile Hunting and Nature software development teams, including firmware and front- and back-end development., Organize and facilitate all Scrum events such as backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives., Promote the principles of Scrum within the organization and teams., Empower teams to take ownership of results and foster self-organizing teams that collaborate across organizational boundaries., Continuously improve Scrum team performance by identifying and removing process and cultural obstacles., Align project priorities with R&D management, product management, and project managers., Continuously review the software development toolchain and practices to enhance process efficiency.

Qualifications:
- A degree in computer science or a related field
- Certified ScrumMaster or Professional Scrum Master certification
- At least two years of professional experience as a Scrum Master in a software development team
- At least four years of professional experience as a software developer
- Solid experience with Azure DevOps
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
