The Segment Area Manager will be pivotal in driving sales and operational excellence in the Wood Recycling sector.:
- Collaborate with the Segment Director to implement a systematic sales management strategy focusing on central and northern Europe., Plan and execute sales initiatives, providing support for sales activities beyond Europe as needed., Oversee sales for wood recycling and sorting projects, typically ranging from four hundred thousand to one million five hundred thousand euros per order., Ensure effective internal organization of processes and structures., Manage the area sales budget effectively., Develop and coach the global sales team, fostering collaboration and expertise., Execute the company's strategic objectives and assist the Business Development Manager in exploring new business opportunities., Represent the organization at exhibitions and conferences, both locally and internationally, while actively participating in the global recycling team.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering

- Familiarity with working in an international environment.
