In the Microoptics division, we focus on microoptical systems for various applications, including Automotive, Aviation, Smart Home, and Consumer solutions. To foster our business in aviation, we are hiring a Senior Business Developer.:
- ongoing analysis of the aerospace market environment and identification of business potential, continuous screening of the market to acquire new customers and creation of business cases based on market and customer data, develop new business strategies and business models together with potential customers and evaluation of cooperation opportunities, analyze trends and identify and evaluate competing products, draft and coordinate contracts, negotiations in collaboration with the legal and patent departments, develop, support and consult key customers in the aviation industry and define product roadmaps and strategic sales plans, prepare and execute customer visits as well as support exhibitions, build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders

Qualifications:
- several years of verified professional experience in business development and key account management in the aerospace sector

- a professional approach to customers and a high level of customer orientation
