Meaningful & challenging - Your tasks:
- Plan and conduct workshops for requirements engineering or service decomposition with product teams, Implement technical integrations of new data sources and define automation requirements for self-service capabilities, Develop centrally managed, reusable monitoring solutions for basic observability and support teams in creating their advanced monitoring solutions, Collaborate with the Business Product Owner to develop an onboarding strategy, including deployment phases and timelines, and oversee execution, Empower product teams by sharing best practices and leading training sessions, Create and enhance training materials in collaboration with the Empowerment Lead to facilitate effective training sessions, Establish self-service monitoring rollout capabilities to enable users to onboard their use cases independently

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science
- Information Technology
- or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in implementing monitoring and observability solutions using market-leading technologies
- Expertise in monitoring and observability capabilities and functionalities
- Strong understanding of IT operations requirements
- especially within DevOps
- Solid technical knowledge in cloud-native technologies and technical interfaces
- Hands-on experience with programming
- APIs
- and GitOps
- particularly with Python
- Experience in large-scale deployment and management is advantageous
- Proficient in written and spoken English; knowledge of German is a strong plus
- Excellent service orientation with confident and engaging communication skills
