Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer to join our in-house unit, MyTeam, located in Lidköping, Sweden. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage in both the development of new customized solutions and the maintenance of existing projects for a diverse clientele. You will work closely with a talented team of professionals, including application developers, architects, and project managers, to ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions. Our primary goals are to create stable and reliable systems that lead to satisfied customers while fostering a healthy and enjoyable work environment for our team members. You will be involved in the entire project lifecycle, from initial sales discussions through to delivery and ongoing improvements, allowing you to cultivate strong relationships with clients and contribute to innovative projects.

As a Senior .NET Developer, you will take on a variety of responsibilities that include collaborating with your team on the maintenance and enhancement of multiple customer projects. Your role will require significant engagement in both the architectural design and the coding aspects of these projects. You will manage multiple commitments simultaneously, working across different customer sizes and project scopes. Your duties will also involve frequent communication with clients, participating in workshops, and addressing user cases to ensure that their needs are met effectively. Additionally, you will have the chance to lead improvement initiatives and explore new solutions to challenges faced during project execution.:

Collaborate with team members to maintain and enhance customer projects;; Engage in architectural design and coding tasks;; Manage multiple project commitments concurrently;; Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs;; Organize and facilitate workshops and user case discussions;; Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in project delivery
