As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in our continued growth. Your primary responsibilities will include::

Developing and implementing Climate Strategies towards net-zero and climate neutrality for various sectors, Contributing to the certification of carbon projects and assisting project developers in their certification journey, Consulting on projects focused on high-integrity carbon credit generation, particularly nature-based carbon removals and carbon farming, Contributing to the development of services related to sustainability reporting and compliance, Conducting data research, analysis, and evaluations for customer requests and preparing reports and market studies, Supporting the further development of our service portfolio and managing proposals and tenders, Overseeing the entire project lifecycle including scheduling, stakeholder management, documentation, and client meetings, Presenting at national and international events

Qualifications:

• University degree in environmental management
• sustainability management
• natural sciences
• engineering or related fields
• Minimum of three years of professional experience after graduation
• At least one year of professional experience in Climate Strategy after graduation
• Minimum of two years of professional experience in project management
• Proven hands-on experience in Climate Strategy development for clients
• Deep knowledge of net-zero and climate neutrality targets
• including SBTi
• Advanced knowledge of carbon markets (Regulated and Voluntary) and understanding of key drivers
• market trends
• and impacting regulatory frameworks
• Deep understanding of and ideally working experience with international certification standards
• Experience in developing feasibility studies
• Familiarity with carbon footprint calculation and interpretation of results
• Familiarity with ESG and reporting and compliance regulations
• Knowledge and experience in climate finance and risk analysis will be an asset
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and German; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
