- Full-Cycle Sales Management: Oversee the complete sales process from initial acquisition to closing deals., Proposal Development & Negotiation: Craft persuasive proposals, maintain diligent follow-ups, and excel in pricing and contract negotiations., Opportunity Tracking: Keep thorough records of all opportunities in Salesforce and ensure consistent follow-through., Team Leadership: Mentor and support junior sales team members, sharing insights and best practices to drive their success.
